Protects a vegetarian diet to avoid getting cancer? It now has a team of researchers at the University of Oxford examined.

52 700 British women and men aged 20-89 years participated in the study and were followed up through the 90s. They were divided into four groups:

- Carnivores
- Fisketere
- Vegetarians
- Vegans

“Vegetarian” is a broad concept. Some vegetarians eat fish and birds, while others stay away from any kind of meat, also from the fish kingdom. (more…)

Pelvic floor exercises are an important form of exercise for all women, but especially for pregnant women. Previously it was believed that strong pelvic floor muscles did birth harder and longer, but now we know that strong pelvic floor muscles on the contrary can make birth less, prevents damage during birth, preventing urine leakage both during pregnancy and after birth.

Pelvic floor muscles are the muscles that surround the urethra, vagina and rectum. Muscles are internal and can not be seen. How to Improve The Appearance of The Skin

Using plants for skin care is a good way to keep in good condition. Below is a list of creams, applied as a mask over his face for oily skin , dry skin and also sensitive skin.

For oily skin:

Cream of cucumber and oatmeal: Mix 2 tablespoons cucumber pulp with a teaspoon of oatmeal. Add a tablespoon of soybean oil and stir well. apply a mask over the face for 15 minutes and wash with warm water.

Oatmeal and sage cream: Dissolve 4 tablespoons of flour or oats in 1 / 4 of water. When the mixture is well made to take the desired amount and mix with equal quantity of extract of sage. Apply to face as a mask for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

For dry skin:

Honey peanut butter: Blend 20 g of peanuts. Add a teaspoon of soybean oil and two tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well and apply as a mask on face for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. (more…)
