Good relations
Human relationships are very important because they help us feel better about ourselves. Having friends and being sociable contributes to our welfare.

Laughter
The laugh and keep a good mood also strengthens our immune system. Lee jokes, watch funny movies and try to see the good side of things.

Do not give lashes
People who spend their time criticizing are lowered self esteem and their level of happiness thus lowering the body’s defenses.

People who keep their feelings and are not expressed can cause damage to your body.

Leave resentment
Resentment weakens the immune system, lower our level of happiness and some studies link it to the formation of some types of cancer.

Do not run to take medicine
Currently there is an abuse of medicines. Leave medications when really needed. First try to get better with home remedies. For example if you have a headache try to relax.

Is optimistic
Optimistic people live longer than pessimists, and needless to say they are happier.

Manage stress
Excessive stress harms our bodies, create hormonal problems, we could gain weight and cause accidents.
