Benefits of green coffee extract.

Like green tea, extracts of green coffee bean (GCBE, by its initials in English) contains strong antioxidants in the polyphenol family. The primary polyphenol antioxidants in the extract of green coffee bean are in the family known as chlorogenic acids (CGA, by its initials in English).

The green coffe, prized in Asia, is one of the healthiest beverages you can drink. With representative for health effects due to its numerous proteins, minerals and vitamins.

Green coffee contains polyphenols, some antioxidants that help combat the degenerative processes of the human body. These antioxidants attack free radicals, molecules that damage cells and hinder their reproduction (though not all free radicals do). Free radicals accelerate the aging of the skin and contribute to the development of diseases such as Alzheimer’s, hypertension, hepatitis and even cancer. So it is so important to consume antioxidants that wage war against free radicals.
