<p>A problem that could cause seizures, pulmonary or cerebral edema, disorientation and muscle weakness that can lead to cardio-respiratory arrest and, therefore, to death, according to warnings from doctors today, coaches and athletes who, until recently, recommended eating the maximum amount of water to prevent dehydration at all costs.<span id="more-70"></span></p>
