Vitamins and minerals play an important role not only in maintaining a healthy body but also to maintain and enhance the natural beauty that we all have.
However, in many cases unknown, exactly how these minerals and vitamins help us and what are the fruits and vegetables that we consume to trim their profits.
In this section, we analyze the properties of each (as far as beauty is concerned) and what are its sources:

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine.

Vitamin B9 or folic acid.

Vitamin C.
