The White Tea
The elixir of youth has existed for centuries. This is a tea that comes in the Chinese mountains of Fu-jian, at 6,000 meters altitude and until recently has been banned to most mortals. It is called White Tea.
It produces a very limited scale in China and Sri Lanka. The new buds are harvested before they open, are left to wither natural moisture to evaporate and then dried. Kale buds Presena a silvery (sometimes referred to as Silver Tip) and they get an infusion of very pale straw color.
Since the Song Dynasty (420 BC), this special area was reserved for the emperors of China. If any other soul than trying to seize some white tea, he paid with his life.

It is then made the final selection of buds, reaching 3 kilos only to take advantage of a collection of 25. Drying time may come to take up to three days. Undergoes no further processing. This minimal treatment is what differentiates it from other types of tea and keeps its profits so concentrated.
