naturalskincareIf you really care about your health from the inside out, you should get rid of conventional products that contain potentially hazardous substances, and begin to use organic, natural ingredients in skin care routine. Here are some simple ways to naturally:

1. Keep your skin healthy from the inside out with a healthy diet. Drink too much water to flush out toxins that accumulate. Water is like an internal shower for your body, so make sure you drink 8 to 10 glasses a day.

2. Use natural oils and moisture sensors that do not clog pores. All oils will make your skin smooth and moisturize.

3. Use coconut oil or shea butter to the areas that are extremely dry, such as lips, heels and elbows.

4. Do not wash your hair every day, when water and soap can dry out your hair. When you wash your hair, you should use a shampoo with natural ingredients and oils.

5. To wash away make-up, you can use a little vegetable oil. Olive or almond oil is fine for that. You can also use the sensitive cream-bath from the Herbal garden containing various selected oils.
You can also use a cloth of organic cotton to clean the skin.

6. Use a natural sea sponge to apply the face of water two

7. Try to make your own skin care products with simple ingredients like salt, sugar, oatmeal, milk, honey, olive oil and avocado oil. These ingredients are cheap, and you know exactly what you lubricate your skin with. You do not need an educated chemist to produce beauty products themselves.

8. Dry Brushing the skin helps to exfoliate the skin of dead skin cells. This is a very old technique still used until today.

9. When you buy products, read the packaging carefully and purchase only products with ingredients you know what is for something – preferably organic, free of parabens and perfume.

10. Try to get some sun every day, but not too much.
